Length of Assignment : 6 months
Work Location : Nicholson Clinic for Weight Loss Surgery, 5000 Legacy Drive #200, Plano, TX
Work Schedule :

Monday -Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM,

Friday 8:30 AM - 3 PM

Interview Type : 2 rounds of interview

Top Skills : Front desk exp in healthcare, multispecialty exp plus, bilingual (Spanish) plus, epic exp plus, insurance verification exp
Additional Notes

Attributes for this sales-oriented PSS 2 role:

• Goal-driven and comfortable with metrics/quotas (call volume, conversion rates)
• Confident, persuasive phone presence — not just "helpful," but able to overcome objections and create urgency
• Resilient with rejection; doesn't get discouraged by failed contact attempts, no-shows or declines
• Strong active listener who can identify patient hesitations and address them directly
• Assertive follow-up habits (multiple touchpoints, doesn't let leads go cold)
• Genuine enthusiasm for helping patients that translates into a compelling, consultative pitch (not pushy)
• Organized and disciplined with CRM/lead tracking and follow-up scheduling
• Coachable — receptive to script/pitch refinement based on what converts
• Comfortable discussing procedures, costs, and next steps with confidence and authority
• Bilingual (Spanish) fluency for at least one hire (though more are preferred), both spoken and written
