As an Opening Kitchen Team Member, you will play a critical role in setting up the kitchen each morning, preparing food, stocking inventory, and ensuring the team is ready to serve guests with excellence from the moment the doors open.

Position Type

• Part-Time, Full-Time
  
• Must be available to reliably start work at 5:30am
  
• Early morning availability required
  
• Open availability is highly preferred
  
• Adults seeking long-term, stable employment are highly encouraged to apply
  
• $15.00 - $17.00/hour based on experience and availability (promotions and raises available based on performance)
  

Your Impact

• Provide high-quality customer service and satisfactionArrive ready to work and help prepare the kitchen for daily operations beginning at 5:30 AM
  
• Prepare and stock products for breakfast and lunch service
  
• Help maintain Chick-fil-A's high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and quality
  
• Support kitchen efficiency through preparation, organization, and teamwork
  
• Work with a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail
  
• Help create a positive team environment built on reliability, accountability, and respect
  
• Develop leadership skills with opportunities to advance into Trainer, Team Lead, Shift Lead, and Director roles
  

Background Profile

• Must be 18 years of age or older
  
• Must be able to reliably arrive and begin work at 5:30am
  
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  
• Ability to work at a quick, efficient pace while maintaining quality standards
  
• Team-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
  
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  
• Coachable and receptive to feedback
  
• Prior kitchen, restaurant, food service, warehouse, manufacturing, or early-morning work experience is a plus, but not required
