Tampa Bay Collective is growing our Tampa team and looking for a Retail Customer Associate who enjoys working with people and wants an opportunity to build practical experience in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, on-site position where you’ll combine customer interaction, communication, and sales while receiving hands-on training and ongoing support from our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play an important role in creating positive customer experiences while supporting the campaigns we represent.

Your day may include:

• Welcoming and engaging with customers
• Learning about individual needs and answering questions
• Providing information on current products, services, and promotions
• Helping customers explore the options available to them
• Supporting sales and customer acquisition activity
• Building strong relationships through friendly, professional communication
• Developing knowledge of current client campaigns
• Working alongside your team toward daily and weekly goals
