Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to support Payments Technology initiatives, with a focus on vulnerability management, governance, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, highly organized, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and minimal direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical projects and coordinate remediation of vulnerabilities across technology environments.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
- Support governance, regulatory compliance, and reporting requirements.
- Leverage AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot and AI models, to improve productivity and project execution.
- Develop and maintain detailed reports, presentations, and project trackers using advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with technical teams on cloud, container, and payments technology initiatives.
- Drive deliverables to completion while managing competing priorities and short turnaround times.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience managing technical projects within complex enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of vulnerability management and remediation processes.
- Experience with AI models, Microsoft Copilot, or related AI tools.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, and strong PowerPoint capabilities.
- Experience with governance, risk, and regulatory requirements.
- Working knowledge of cloud technologies and container platforms.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and meet aggressive deadlines.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Banking or financial services experience required; Bank of America experience or experience with a competing financial institution is highly preferred.
