Warehouse Assistant Location: Lewisville, TX 75067 Pay Rate: $20.00/hr Shift: 1st Description: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM Job Duties/Responsibilities Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office or department. Perform general clerical duties, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed. Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external parties. Coordinate and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to appropriate contacts. Support project management activities by tracking progress and deadlines. Qualifications & Requirements Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in commonly used office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Basic understanding of office operations and administrative processes. Ability to work collaboratively with others and maintain a professional demeanor.
