Physical Medicine & Rehab Opening Near Memphis, TN Memphis 21mWe are seeking an experienced Physiatrist to join our dedicated team at a 64-bed rehabilitation facility. As an independent contractor, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive rehabilitation care to patients, working closely with the CEO, Medical Director, and clinical team. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality patient care while maintaining autonomy and collaboration with a supportive medical team. Adherence to state and federal regulations, CMS guidelines, and The Joint Commission standards is essential. Key Responsibilities: * Provide physiatric care to patients in a 64-bed rehabilitation facility.* Work alongside the CEO, Medical Director, and clinical team to deliver effective, patient-centered care.* Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, CMS, and The Joint Commission guidelines.* Maintain comprehensive documentation and manage patient care effectively.* Participate in interdisciplinary team discussions to optimize patient outcomes. Compensation: Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience. Requirements: * Board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R).* Prior experience in inpatient rehabilitation care is preferred.* Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.* Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
