Senior Copywriter

We are looking for a positive, driven, and detail-oriented Senior Copywriter to join our growing team on our mission of becoming the #1 Gut Health Supplement Company in the US . This person will streamline and ultimately own the brand voice across nearly every channel we touch, including: CRM (email/SMS), website, social media, influencer briefs, packaging, trade shows, ads (video, podcast, OOH), and in-store displays. You'll take dense scientific and regulatory product information and turn it into copy that's simple, credible, and conversion-focused. This role partners closely with creative, innovation, brand, and marketing teams, and reports into the brand team. What You’ll Do: Drive the concept, tone, and messaging for high-profile advertising and marketing campaigns. Write compelling, on-brand copy for web, product, ad copy, social media, video scripts, and collateral. Simplify complex scientific, clinical, and ingredient information into clear, consumer-friendly language without sacrificing accuracy. Translate consumer research and insights into messaging strategies and copy that resonates with our audience. Drive measurable business results through strategic storytelling and ongoing content optimization. Apply SEO, AEO, and LLM/generative-search principles to web and organic content so it performs in both traditional and AI-driven search. Maintain a consistent brand voice across a wide range of formats, lengths, and channels. Collaborate crossfunctionally with the brand and performance marketing teams, creative team, innovation team, regulatory and leadership from concept through final delivery. Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, iterative environment. Partner with regulatory/legal reviewers to ensure claims comply with FDA and DSHEA guidelines for dietary supplements. Build and maintain a working repository of product fact sheets, approved copy banks, and FAQ’s. Requirements Proven experience as a copywriter, ideally in DTC, e-commerce, CPG, or health & wellness. A portfolio that shows range — short-form (email/SMS/social), long-form (web, scripts, editorial), and OOH/broadcast work. A track record of copy that has driven measurable engagement, conversion, or business impact through strategic storytelling and optimization. Experience simplifying technical or scientific content for a general consumer audience. Familiarity with FDA/DSHEA regulatory guidelines for supplement marketing claims preferred. Working understanding of SEO, AEO, and LLM/generative-search principles as they apply to web content. Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS) and how copy influences them. Experience working directly with regulatory/legal review processes.
