Description: Allcare Therapy Services – Wall Township, NJ

Allcare Therapy Services is seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Part-Time Medical Office Secretary for our new pediatric therapy office in Wall Township.

We are looking for someone who is professional, personable, and comfortable working with children and families in a busy therapy environment.

• Greet patients and families and provide a welcoming front-desk experience
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
• Communicate schedule changes with families and therapists
• Check patients in and out
• Respond to new patient inquiries and take accurate messages
• Assist with patient paperwork and general administrative duties
• Maintain an organized reception and front-office area
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements

This position will begin with limited part-time hours as our new Wall Township office opens and grows . Hours are expected to gradually increase to weekday coverage each day, with additional daytime hours added as the office expands .

We are looking for someone interested in growing with the position and becoming a consistent part of our Wall Township team .

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Evenings 2:30-6:30 with hours increasing as the office grows
Location: Wall Township, NJ – In person
