We're seeking a skilled, patient-focused Dentist for a full-time opportunity in the central Minnesota area, serving communities such as Monticello, Clearwater, and Becker. * Up to $500,000/year, based on production

_*What You'll Do*_

* Perform comprehensive dental exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning
* Provide a full range of general dentistry services (restorative, preventive, and other procedures as needed)
* Review and interpret dental X-rays and diagnostic imaging
* Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
* Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
* Collaborate with hygienists and support staff to ensure an excellent patient experience

_*What We're Looking For*_

* Active MN Dental license (or license eligibility)
* DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
* Strong clinical skills and sound clinical judgment
* A warm, patient-centered chairside manner
* Reliable, collaborative, and adaptable
* New grads and experienced dentists both welcome to apply
