Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I to work at a premier manufacturing client in Tewksbury, MA . 

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hourShift: Days / 6am - 2:30pm What’s a typical day as Manufacturing Technician I? You’ll be:

• Assembling components using UV cured epoxy for optical manufacturing.
• Processing work orders related to optical component production.
• Following PPE requirements and ISO9000 standards, including ESD protocols and work area cleanliness.
• Attending daily stand-up meetings to communicate progress and challenges.
• Participating in improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, 5S, and Practical Process Improvement.
• Maintaining a safe and organized work environment by adhering to established 5S procedures.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Have hands-on experience working with small parts under a microscope using tweezers and other small tools (must have).
• Possess strong attention to detail to ensure quality assembly (must have).
• Have basic computer knowledge to process work orders and documentation (must have).
• Are comfortable following safety procedures and working as part of a team.
