Sr. Customer Success Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Customer Success Manager to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will focus on strengthening strategic client partnerships and driving adoption of solutions that support customer outcomes in a remote, high-touch environment. You will work closely with executive stakeholders to align success plans, anticipate risks, and help expand long-term relationships. The position calls for a proactive relationship manager who can combine consultative insight with disciplined customer health monitoring to reduce churn and support growth. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $118,000 – $132,000 annually Responsibilities Manage and enhance client partnerships to optimize solution value Develop and deliver joint customer success plans to expand client relationships Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance to customer executive leadership Use customer success methodologies to anticipate challenges and recommend solutions Implement early warning strategies to monitor customer health and mitigate churn Build strong relationships and take initiative in a fast-paced environment Communicate effectively and work independently in a remote setting Qualifications Passion for impacting post-acute care markets and the future of work Experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS or technology company Background in Healthcare Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success Management, with experience serving enterprise customers Proven track record of sustaining and growing client relationships Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Gainsight Benefits Remote work flexibility with required travel to client locations Opportunity to impact care for vulnerable populations Engagement with C-level executives and strategic business alignment Access to a prescriptive relationship management methodology Supportive team environment focused on customer success Our client is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
