Field Reimbursement Manager - Pennsylvania

BridgeBio Pharma seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager (Associate Director Level) to develop and execute access strategies for the company's products and therapies across Pennsylvania. The role involves managing complex accounts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient access to treatments.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic plans to optimize community access to company products and identify barriers to treatment
- Serve as internal expert on authorization processes and collaborate on complex access challenges
- Ensure all access and reimbursement activities comply with healthcare laws and industry standards
- Partner with healthcare provider offices and pharmacies to streamline patient access pathways
- Evaluate, select, and manage institutional pharmacy networks for appropriate community access
Requirements
- Expertise in reimbursement processes and healthcare authorization requirements
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Data analysis and reporting experience
- Face-to-face education and presentation capabilities
