Project Manager / Business Analyst (Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst (PM / BA) to join our team onsite in the San Francisco Bay Area. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of project management and business analysis skills, capable of managing project planning, scoping, and delivery while also performing business analysis tasks. A functional understanding of business processes and stakeholder management is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, scoping, execution, and delivery.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct business analysis activities, including requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Facilitate Agile project management methodologies and best practices.
• Perform functional testing to ensure system and process alignment with business needs.
• Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Experience in Agile Project Management methodologies.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with functional testing and validating business processes.
• Ability to effectively gather and document business requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management and Business Analysis roles.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
• Previous experience in enterprise-level business processes is a plus.
