Facility: Marsh Med Ctr Minocqua Location: Minocqua, WI Address: 9601 Townline Rd, Minocqua, WI 54548, USA Shift: 8 Hours – Day Shifts Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 40.00 Salary Range: 25.50 – 38.50 Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation—to provide individualized nursing care to patients. The RN coordinates care, performs patient assessment and education, triages, and delivers various nursing interventions. The RN collaborates with inter‑professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care. The RN demonstrates competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, using appropriate age and population‑specific standards designated in the assigned clinical setting, and functions within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules of the state. The Sanford Professional Nursing Practice aligns with the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements published by the American Nurses Association. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program is preferred, including but not limited to AACN, ACEN, and NLN-CNEA credentials. A Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred. The RN must hold an unencumbered state RN license where nursing practice occurs and may hold multistate licensure in a Nurse Licensure Compact state. The RN must obtain and maintain required department‑specific licensure, competencies and certifications.
