Pay & Benefits:

What You'll Do:

• Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients, including ICU cases.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after treatments.
• Monitor treatment responses, vascular access, and patient stability.
• Collaborate with nephrologists, hospitalists, and care teams to optimize outcomes.
• Document all care activities accurately in electronic medical records.
• Adhere to hospital infection control and safety protocols.
• Foster a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

What You Need:

• Current RN license in Tennessee or a Compact State
• Minimum 2 years recent ICU dialysis experience
• Ability to work independently and manage patient care autonomously
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
