This includes precise write-ups, providing estimates, keeping customers informed, managing repair progress, and ensuring high satisfaction standards. You'll also maintain a professional appearance and uphold manufacturer certifications. We're Looking For Prior Service Advisor experience. Strong selling/customer service background (a plus!). Computer proficiency and strong organizational skills. Working knowledge of automotive technology (a plus!). Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus.
