Job Description:ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA), one of the nation’s largest ENT, Allergy, and Audiology practices, is seeking a Full-Time Medical Assistant for our Madison Avenue office.Hourly: $23/hrResponsibilities:Welcome patients in person or by phone; respond to or route inquiries appropriatelyPrepare patients for appointments by directing or accompanying them to exam roomsVerify and record patient information, including medical history and reason for visitAssist providers during examinations and proceduresPrepare laboratory specimens and perform basic in‑office lab testingMaintain sterile instruments and properly dispose of contaminated suppliesEducate patients on medications and provide instructions as directedAccurately document examinations, treatments, and test resultsMaintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure equipment is functioning properlyUphold patient confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulationsJob Requirements & Qualifications:Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrevious Medical Assistant experience preferredExperience with Epic EMR preferredStrong patient service skills with a commitment to delivering a positive patient experienceEducation / Certification Requirements:Completion of a Medical Assistant program or certification such as CMA or RMA.
