About the role

Start your driving career with a role built for new CDL A holders. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and newly licensed CDL A drivers for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program . You’ll ride and work alongside an experienced driver, learn the day-to-day flow of professional trucking, and then transition into solo driving . After training, drivers can earn $1600–$1800 weekly with full benefits .

• Professional conduct: Represent the company well, stay focused, and maintain a professional attitude during pickups, deliveries, and daily operations.

What you'll need

• Required: Valid CDL A , graduation from an accredited school , and a clean MVR .
• Ability to pass DOT requirements .
• No prior experience needed. This role is designed for recent graduates and new drivers starting their professional driving career.
