PRN RN - Flexible Schedule with Shift Bonuses

PRN RN job at Clement Manor. Greenfield, WI. Clement Manor is a faith-based independent living, assisted living, CBRF and long term care community, nationally recognized for providing a superior quality environment for older adults. We are currently looking for individuals who are willing to be In-House Pool. This position requires a valid WI RN license. Previous experience in a similar setting is helpful (Please provide dates of experience in resume). Requirements for In-House Pool : two weekend shifts a month, One Major Holiday, One Minor Holiday, and either Christmas Day or Christmas Eve. Benefits: Flexible schedule, pick up bonuses for any shift outside of requirement, float bonus, shift differentials for 2nd/3rd Shift Responsibilities include: Coordinating and supervising nursing care of patients assigned to the unit Work collaboratively with other unit staff to ensure continuity of quality care Use verbal and nonverbal communication showing respect, collaboration and quality service Administer prescribed medications or start intravenous fluids, and note times and amounts on patients' charts. Observe patients, charting and reporting changes in patients' conditions, such as adverse reactions to medication or treatment, and taking any necessary action. Provide basic patient care and treatments, such as taking temperatures or blood pressures, dressing wounds, treating bedsores, giving enemas or douches, rubbing with alcohol, massaging, or performing catheterizations. Sterilize equipment and supplies, using germicides, sterilizer, or autoclave. Answer patients' calls and determine how to assist them. #J-18808-Ljbffr
