Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care | Per Diem | Weekdays Only No weekends | No holidays | Willing to train In-home assessments | Paid travel time | Mileage reimbursed Schedule: Flexible weekday hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Pay: $40/hour Hiring Now – Per Diem Home Care RN At Home Care Partners is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our per diem home care team. This role is essential in ensuring high-quality patient care and proper supervision of home health aides in the field. As a Home Care RN, you will support patients and caregivers through in-home assessments, care planning, and routine supervisory visits, while working independently with the support of a strong clinical team.
