Pediatric Occupational Therapist | Full Time – Flexible Schedule Options! | Dearborn, MI
Seeking an outpatient pediatrics role with a sensory-rich caseload, strong OT mentorship, and amazing perks & benefits? Join a clinician-owned, multidisciplinary clinic that prioritizes its staff's wellbeing and delivers neurodiverse-affirming, child-led care. You'll focus on sensory processing, sensory integration, and feeding therapy alongside a collaborative team of OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, and PTs. Schedule flexibility options, monthly bonus potential, unlimited CEUs, small caseloads, and more!
What You'll Earn:
- $67,000 – $83,000+ DOE

Your Schedule:
- 8a–5p – no evenings or weekends!
- Potential for 4x10 or 5x8 schedules
What You'll Experience:
- Small caseloads

- 1:1 support from OTs in leadership

- Hands-on training in sensory integration & feeding therapy

What We're Looking For:
- Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited OT program
- Michigan OT license (or eligibility)
- NBCOT certification
- Passion for pediatrics, sensory-based practice, and neurodiverse-affirming, child-led therapy
