Trauma-Informed Training & Staff Development Lead

Journey Health System is seeking a Professional Development Specialist to support trauma-informed practice implementation and staff development. You will train new staff, coach during on-the-job training, and assist leadership with morale, trainings, and meetings to improve performance. You will lead needs assessments, create course content, design presentations, and help interview and onboard new employees for agency programs.
