Team Member - Customer Support Specialist

Salary: $24,000 - 33,280 per year Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, climb, and/or lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate/access equipment at standard heights while standing or walking.
• Familiarity with safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe working environment.

• Keep all stations clean, organized, and stocked.
• Sanitize utensils, equipment, walls, and floors regularly.
• Maintain high personal grooming standards to reflect professionalism.
• Comply with sanitation, safety, and security policies for a secure atmosphere.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.
