- No more than one accident (last 3 years)
- No more than 3 job changes per year
- No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
- Medical card
- Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience

- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and accurate logkeeping
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient scheduling
