What You'll Do:

• Provide emergency nursing care in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care activities thoroughly and timely
• Respond swiftly to all emergency situations and escalate as necessary
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

What You Need:

• Valid Kansas or compact RN license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications
• Minimum 3 years of ER experience; 5+ years preferred
• Strong clinical skills and ability to adapt in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
