Your work will challenge you, and with our Core Values to guide you, you’ll quickly learn and grow with us.Requirements & QualificationsEducation & Experience• High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of fifteen (15) years' IT experience, OR• Associate's Degree and a minimum of ten (10) years' IT experience, OR• Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field and a minimum of eight (8) years' IT experience.Core Requirements• On-Call Support: Participation in 24/7 on-call support rotations.• Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills.• Workplace Culture: Upholding safety as the utmost priority.Technical Skills Required• Microsoft 365 Platform: Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Copilot.• Identity & Access Management: Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, privileged access controls, identity governance, least-privilege licensing, and permissions reviews.• Security & Compliance: Microsoft Purview, Insider Risk Management, data classification, DLP (Data Loss Prevention), retention, eDiscovery, and pre-rollout security hardening.• Methodologies: Technical leadership, team mentorship, project management best practices, cross-functional collaboration, and root-cause analysis•Responsibilities & Expectations• Platform Governance: Leads end-to-end administration, engineering, licensing, and governance of the Microsoft 365 platform.• Strategy & Roadmap: Ownership of collaboration platform strategies by monitoring the Microsoft 365 roadmap, evaluating emerging capabilities for business value and security fit, and guiding testing, staging, and production readiness.• Platform Reliability: Ensures platform stability by providing Tier 3 support, leading root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews, and documenting solutions that improve system stability.• Identity Management: Manage enterprise identity and access through Microsoft Entra ID.• Security Hardening: Strengthen platform security and compliance using Microsoft Purview and associated data protection tools.• Solution Architecture: Analyzes business and technical requirements to design, develop, and implement Microsoft 365 solutions, leveraging project management best practices and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable technology solutions that improve and integrate business processes.• Leadership: Provides technical leadership and mentorship within a broader team.• Other Duties: Operational tasks as assigned.
