Overview
CT Tech (Radiology) – Travel assignment in Atlanta, GA. Start date 07/06/2026 for a 13-week contract on the night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM). Weekly pay range: $2,380–$2,443 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0. This assignment supports a Level 1 trauma center with stroke and burn programs, using EPIC for charting. The GE CT fleet includes 2 scanners on an older platform and 5 on the Revolution platform. There are 3 scanners in the ECC, 2 inpatient scanners, and one neuro floor scanner used overnight. Weekend staffing is required: typically 4 technologists cover Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, with potential variation up to 6 technologists.

Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures per orders, ensuring patient safety and image quality; verify orders in EPIC and adhere to radiation safety practices
- Operate multiple GE CT scanners across the campus (2 with older platform, 5 Revolution platform); manage 3 ECC scanners, 2 inpatient scanners, and a neuro-floor scanner used overnight
- Prepare and position patients, explain procedures, and ensure comfort and cooperation during exams
- Adapt imaging protocols for high-acuity cases, including Level 1 trauma, stroke, and burn patients, while maintaining diagnostic image quality
- Collaborate with radiologists, nursing staff, and ED personnel to coordinate imaging needs in a fast-paced environment
- Document examinations in EPIC, ensure accurate labeling and data integrity, and assist with patient transfers as needed

Requirements
- ARRT (CT) certification required
- EPIC electronic medical record experience in radiology workflows required
- Ability to work night shifts and weekend schedule (Fri–Sun nights) as described
- Experience or demonstrated ability to operate CT scanners in a high-acuity hospital setting, including coordination with trauma/ER services
- Experience with GE CT scanners, including both older platform models and Revolution platform, is preferred
