We are currently expanding our retail outreach in the Harker Heights area and are looking for professional, charismatic individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Consultant.

The Role

As the face of the brand within a retail environment, you will bridge the gap between world-class technology and the local community.

• Expert Consultations: Proactively engage with retail guests to understand their unique connectivity needs and provide personalized AT&T solutions.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent AT&T with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
• End-to-End Service: Manage the customer journey from initial greeting to digital enrollment and account setup via iPad.
• Strategic Growth: Collaborate with team members to share best practices and meet collective outreach goals.

• Bilingual Preferred: Fluency in both Spanish and English is a significant advantage in our local markets.

Requirements

• Experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not required—we hire for character and train for skill.
• Comfortable utilizing mobile technology (iPads/Tablets).
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule (including some weekends).
