FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Position Details We are hiring immediately for a full‑time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR position at Optiver, 11501 Alterra Parkway, 6th Floor, Austin, TX 78758. Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am‑3:00 pm (full‑time). Barista experience required; previous management experience a bonus. Pay Range: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour. Internal employee referral bonus available. Online applications are accepted only. Job Summary Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste. Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized. Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate. Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
