We're Hiring: Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Solution ArchitectLocation: New York City, USAExperience: 10+ Years in IT | 5+ Years in Adobe Experience Cloud | 3+ Years in AJO/AEPWe are looking for an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Solution Architect to design and implement enterprise-scale customer engagement, personalization, and journey orchestration solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).Key ResponsibilitiesDesign end-to-end AJO/AEP architecture for customer engagement and personalization.Lead the implementation of complex customer journeys across email, SMS, push notifications, web, and other channels.Design AEP data models, including XDM schemas, datasets, Real-Time Customer Profile, and identity resolution.Develop audience segmentation and real-time personalization solutions.Integrate AJO/AEP with CRM systems, Salesforce, data warehouses, APIs, and enterprise applications.Define event-driven and batch data ingestion strategies.Design REST API integrations and custom actions.Ensure compliance with data governance, security, privacy, and consent requirements.Prepare solution architecture documents, technical designs, and integration diagrams.Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing teams, developers, data engineers, and enterprise architects.Provide technical leadership, troubleshoot implementation issues, and mentor development teams.Required Skills10+ years of overall IT experience.5+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Cloud.3+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).Strong knowledge of AJO, AEP, XDM, Real-Time Customer Profile, Identity Service, segmentation, and journey orchestration.Strong experience with APIs, system integrations, data architecture, and real-time event processing.Excellent communication, technical leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.Preferred QualificationsAdobe certifications.Experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or Adobe Campaign.Salesforce/CRM integration experience.Exposure to AWS, Azure, GCP, Kafka, Snowflake, or Databricks. xhyhwjd Interested candidates: Please share your updated resume via direct message or email.Hiring #AJO #AdobeJourneyOptimizer #AdobeExperiencePlatform #AEP #AdobeExperienceCloud #SolutionArchitect #NewYorkJobs #USJobs #TechnicalHiringIf you want to know about the requirements for this role, read on for all the relevant information.
