About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for National Community Engagement to serve as the enterprise leader in advancing its community engagement strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for connecting the organization's not-for-profit mission, community investments, and various stakeholder relationships into a cohesive strategy that enhances both mission and business outcomes. This role involves developing and leading the enterprise community engagement strategy, aligning it with organizational priorities, and ensuring a coordinated and visible presence in local communities nationwide. The Vice President will also be accountable for building a modern, enterprise-wide community engagement capability and will work in partnership with various internal teams to strengthen the organization's community presence and deepen stakeholder trust. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 15 years' leadership experience in relevant fields and a Bachelor's degree. Essential qualifications include a demonstrated track record in leading enterprise or multi-market community engagement strategies, experience in developing governance models, and the ability to build partnerships across different functions. The role requires a leader who can establish and maintain community engagement standards, tools, and operating models, and who is adept at working within highly matrixed organizations. A critical aspect of the position is the ability to create a One KP approach to community engagement that allows for local execution while maintaining consistency and impact across markets.
