Job Duties Operate reach trucks, forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and manual pallet jacks to safely move, stage, and transport inventory throughout the warehouse. Pick, pack, label, shrink-wrap, and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity. Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets, ensuring products are handled safely and stored in designated warehouse locations. Receive, inspect, verify, and document incoming shipments against purchase orders and work orders to ensure inventory accuracy. Perform quality control inspections to identify damaged products and ensure all outgoing shipments meet company standards. Support inventory management by conducting cycle counts, rotating stock, maintaining controlled inventory locations, and assisting with inventory audits. Follow food safety, warehouse safety, and standard operating procedures while collaborating with team members, training new employees, and supporting cross-functional warehouse operations. Experience Requirements 1+ years of experience in a warehouse operating Cherry Picker, reach trucks, sit down forklift and rider Electric Pallet Jacks. Preferred Qualifications Solid work history with no gaps, long term roles. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment. Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
