Senior Hybris Technical Consultant

Senior Hybris Technical Consultant – Frisco, TX Looking for a highly effective Senior Technical Consultant to join our team of eCommerce and Cloud experts. This key member of our team contributes to the entire software development lifecycle as well as educating and leading others in the form of code reviews, workshops, and documentation. Key Responsibilities Participate in the software design, development, and implementation of hybris applications with integration to various modules of SAP. Be a self‑starter and lead a team of hybris or JSP/Java developers. Develop proof‑of‑concept demos for integration between hybris and other third‑party vendors. Understand the concepts of customer experience solutions within hybris framework and deploy unique solutions with a go‑to‑market strategy. Assist with the estimation of development tasks. Independently interface with client technical teams and business owners during design and implementation. Independently manage individual time and tasks. Mentor junior team members and ensure that software developed adheres to best practices and quality standards through code and design reviews. Basic Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience using Hybris on at least two projects. Minimum of 8 years of full life‑cycle eCommerce implementations involving Java and other SDLC methodologies. Master’s degree in CS preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience in multiple web technologies including XML, HTML, XHTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript, Web Services/SOAP, SQL. Experience with Java concepts and patterns such as Java/J2EE, JSP, Spring, Sling, JMS, JUnit, AOP, MVC, Eclipse. Experience and full lifecycle involvement with both waterfall and Agile methodologies. Working knowledge of Tomcat, WebSphere, Weblogic, Apache. Experience with web application design and analysis, design patterns, and object‑oriented design. Experience estimating development tasks. Excellent verbal and non‑verbal communication skills. Experience in a consulting environment.
