About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and motivated Shift Leader to help oversee daily operations at Little Caesars. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, leading a team, and delivering great customer service.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support team members during shifts
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly
Open and/or close the store as needed
Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
Assist with scheduling, inventory, and prep
Train new employees and reinforce company procedures
Lead by example with a positive, energetic attitude

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred
Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays)
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
