Program Cost Controls Finance Lead (P4) *HYBRID*

What You Will Do Preparation of Earned Value reporting of cost/schedule and financial analysis utilizing standard company tools and processes (BCRs, Stoplights) Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly variance and data analysis Update financial reports and presentations for program leadership Develop and support Quarterly Estimate‑at‑Completion (EAC) / monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) Develop monthly financial planning forecast (RPlan) Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management or a related field and at least 8 years of related work experience; or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of related work experience. Program controls experience with data analysis, reporting and/or process improvement. Experience with finance tools such as SAP business systems (program costs, scheduling, tracking, and/or forecasting). U.S. citizenship is required. Able to meet critical deadlines. Experience with Earned Value, Estimates at Completion (EACs) and FP&A (bookings, sales, earnings, cash). Ability to work effectively in a challenging fast‑paced environment while multitasking across several program issues concurrently. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite – especially Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas). Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly to cross‑functional and program leadership teams. Independent, self‑motivated, innovative, strategic thinker and highly organized. Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Compensation The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD – 204,500 USD.
