Now Hiring: Marketing Director/Hospital Liaison

Full Time | 8hr shifts | $75K-$85K Annually

As a Marketing Director/Hospital Liaison at Aristos Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, you will play a vital role in promoting our organization's mission to provide exceptional care and services to our patients. In this full-time position, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our rehabilitation and nursing center and local hospitals, while also developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance our reputation and drive growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local hospitals, including Sharpstown Hospital and Cleveland General Hospital, to promote referrals and admissions to our rehabilitation and nursing center

• Design and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, enhance our online presence, and drive website traffic

• Collaborate with our clinical staff to develop and implement marketing strategies that showcase our services and expertise

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions and optimize our marketing efforts

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on marketing performance and ROI

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our services, insurance coverage, and patient needs to effectively communicate with hospital staff and the public

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or a related field

• Previous skilled nursing home marketing experience, perferred

• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, branding, and campaign development

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

• Proficiency in marketing software, including email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and analytics dashboards
