- Weekly Hours: 60 hours (Guaranteed)
- Contracted Hours: 40 hours/week minimum
- Duration: To be confirmed (based on agency assignment)
- Staffing Provided By: Prime Time Healthcare
Key Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervising staff.
- Assist with daily living activities such as feeding, dressing, and bathing.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in the state of Iowa (or compact license).
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a long-term care or nursing home environment.
- Ability to work night shifts and variable schedules, including 8s and 16s.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a care team.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Respond to patient needs promptly with compassion and professionalism.
- Comply with facility policies, procedures, and standards of care.
