Job Description

Company: Fast Growing Roofers working in WI, GA, NC, SC, TN, and IL providing full-service residential roofing and restoration.
Role Overview
This is a field-based sales role for someone who enjoys meeting people, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals. You will receive company-provided leads while also building your own pipeline by canvassing neighborhoods and connecting directly with homeowners.
Qualifications
• Previous roofing sales experience is required.
• Ability to climb ladders and conduct roof inspections.
• Confidence approaching homeowners and conducting door-to-door sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to explain roofing issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Reliable transportation car/truck
Responsibilities
• Follow up on company-provided leads and meet with homeowners.
• Canvass neighborhoods door to door to generate additional sales opportunities.
• Identify homes with aging roofs or potential storm damage.
• Conduct roof inspections using ladders and document visible damage with photos.
• Explain inspection findings and recommend appropriate roofing repairs or replacements.
• Present proposals, address customer questions, and close sales.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and paperwork.
Compensation
• Earn $100,000–$250,000+ (Top performers exceed this)
