As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) , you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality physical therapy services to our residents. Your expertise will help our residents recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and maintain their overall physical function and well-being. Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Responsibilities:
• Work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide physical therapy services to residents
• Implement treatment plans, including exercises, stretches, and other modalities
• Assess and evaluate resident progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of resident treatment and progress
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide education and training to residents, family members, and caregivers on physical therapy techniques and exercises Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Requirements:
• Active Missouri Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) licensure.
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
