Cold Lake Ford, part of the progressive Ducharme Group of dealerships serving the Lakeland region, is looking for an experienced, motivated Sales Manager. About the Role
You will lead and coach our sales team to achieve (and exceed) targets for new and used Ford vehicles. You’ll own the sales process from greeting to delivery, foster a positive, high-energy culture, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and work closely with service, parts, and F&I to create seamless experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role in a full-service Ford dealership that values professionalism, integrity, and long-term relationships with customers across northern Alberta and Saskatchewan.

Key responsibilities typically include:
- Leading, training, and motivating the sales team
- Setting and achieving sales goals and CSI targets
- Managing inventory, pricing strategies, and floor traffic
- Ensuring compliance with manufacturer programs and dealership processes
- Building strong customer relationships and a reputation for honest, transparent sales
- Collaborating with other departments for complete customer care
