USNH Employees should apply within Workday through the Jobs Hub appThis position is for a Postdoctoral Associate who will perform key experiments in the Laboratory of Advanced Biomaterials (PI: Jeong) in Department of Chemical Engineering and Bioengineering. The main field of research in Laboratory of Advanced Biomaterials is synthesis of novel biomaterials and their applications in regenerative medicine.Job Duties/Responsibilities:Design and perform experiments for the proposal that is being developed (50%)Neural stem cell differentiation into functioning neurons and oligodendrocytes in microgel assembliesCardiac differentiation of human induced pluripotent stem cells in microgel assembliesNIH and DOW proposal preparation (50%)The research associate will provide help with proposal writing.
