Internal Medicine Physician

Primary Care Physician Location: Chesapeake, VA Schedule: Full-Time (4.5 days/week, transitioning to 4 days) About Chesapeake Internists Limited Chesapeake Internists Limited is an established, independent private practice dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive adult medicine to our community. Qualifications Education: Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 2 years of residency completion) in Internal Medicine. Licensure: Active Virginia medical license or the willingness to obtain one. Experience: While experience is preferred, new graduates are highly encouraged to apply . Key Responsibilities Primary Care: Provide comprehensive clinical care for adult patients (ages 18+). Patient Panel: Maintain a 4.5-day work week while building your patient panel; once established, the schedule will transition to 4 days per week. Documentation: Ensure timely and accurate completion of patient charts and clinical documentation. Teamwork: Maintain a team-oriented mindset to collaborate effectively with staff and colleagues. The salary for this role is $225k-$250k in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
