Job Summary Sales Associate – Entry level management position allowing you to learn our business while operating a store. At least 6 months experience as a department manager in a retail store is required. Skills Required Excellent ability to train and motivate staff Able to handle multi-tasks Friendly and courteous with a positive attitude Strong interpersonal skills Able to organize and prioritize work Must be punctual Must be organized Must have great attention to detail Must be a team‑player Compensation and Benefits Wage rate in the range of $15.00 to $15.25 per hour, based on skills, experience, and market conditions.
