Your Role - What You Will Contribute

• Conduct essential clinical laboratory tests across various disciplines, including hematology, chemistry, and immunology, adhering strictly to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy, resolve any discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection when required and ensure proper sample preparation for testing.
• Meticulously document all procedures, mentor new team members, and actively participate in maintaining high lab quality standards.
• Uphold a safe and clean workspace, complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a relevant allied health field, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain an active certification status throughout your tenure.
