Position Overview PNC is seeking a Teller to serve customers in the Columbus, OH Grandview Branch. The role focuses on delivering a superior customer experience, promoting financial wellness, and fostering loyalty while meeting operational and risk management standards. Responsibilities Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial well‑being and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Process a variety of customer interactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and other teller services. Educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions and identify banking opportunities during the customer interaction. Make appropriate referrals to branch staff and perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customers’ problems. Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed in an efficient and accurate manner. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education combined with job‑specific certification(s) or experience, including military service, may be considered. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $30,000.00 – $50,000.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payouts based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
