Warehouse Associate / Material Handler – $22/hr – Temp-to-Hire – Days

At Kelly® Professional & Industrial, we're seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Material Handler to join a growing team in the Rochester area! If you enjoy staying active, working in a warehouse environment, and providing great customer service, this could be the opportunity for you.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay:

• $22.00/hour, based on experience

What You'll Do:

• Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders accurately
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
• Verify materials before loading to ensure order accuracy
• Restock inventory and organize warehouse materials
• Keep the warehouse, office, and company vehicles clean and organized
• Assist walk-in customers by locating and preparing the materials they need for pickup
• Work closely with the inside sales team to fulfill customer orders
• Follow all warehouse and safety procedures
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to regularly lift 40-70 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crawl, stoop, and climb throughout the workday
• Must be at least 18 years old
