Role overview The Manager, Business Operations & Programs plays a critical role in enabling operational rigor, execution excellence, and cross-functional alignment across the Revenue organization. This role is responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end business rhythm, owning key enterprise programs, and driving continuous improvement across systems, tools, and processes that underpin go-to-market execution. This role reports into the Senior Director of Demand Operations within the Revenue Ops org and manages a team of North America-based operations partners and program managers. The successful candidate will bring a strong blend of strategic thinking, program leadership, effective communications, and operational execution. They will act as a trusted partner to Revenue, Sales, Marketing, and Operations leaders, ensuring disciplined planning, clear prioritization, and consistent execution against company and GTM priorities. Responsibilities Lead and inspire a diverse team, including coaching, hiring, development, and fostering a culture of accountability, data-driven decision-making, and proactive stakeholder engagement. Design, own, and manage the end-to-end Revenue & Revenue Marketing business rhythms, including annual planning and recurring business reviews. Oversee high-impact Revenue programs including Fiscal Year Planning, GTM priority tracking, Account Planning, Global Accounts, Competitive Programs, and other strategic initiatives. Develop program frameworks, success metrics, and governance models to ensure predictable execution and measurable outcomes. Partner with senior leaders to prepare executive-ready materials for QBRs, board reviews, and other critical leadership deliverables. Translate complex data, insights, and initiatives into concise, decision-oriented narratives that enable effective leadership action. Act as a quality bar for operational content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accuracy. Build and sustain a continuous improvement capability across Revenue systems, tools, and processes. Identify operational friction, inefficiencies, and gaps; design scalable solutions that improve speed, quality, and productivity. Partner with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Digital Sales Ops, and Technology teams to rationalize tools, reduce tech debt, and improve user experience. Drive adoption of best practices and operating standards across diverse stakeholder groups. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Business & Program Leadership: Strong experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with executive visibility; ability to manage multiple initiatives with attention to detail and execution quality. Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to connect company and GTM strategy to operational plans, metrics, and execution rhythms; strong analytical skills to synthesize data into insights and actions. Collaboration & Influence: Proven ability to work across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations; strong stakeholder management and credibility. Communication & Executive Presence: Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior leaders and produce executive-ready content. Adaptability & Continuous Improvement Mindset: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities; proactive with a bias toward action and operational rigor. Technical & Operational Acumen: Familiarity with Revenue Operations systems and data (CRM, dashboards, planning tools); understanding of GTM processes and performance management frameworks. Qualifications BS or BA degree or equivalent practical experience. 7+ years of relevant experience across business operations, program management, sales operations, management consulting, or equivalent roles supporting Revenue or GTM organizations. The annual base pay for this position is: $123,200.00 - $184,800.00 F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business.
