Insurance Defense Attorney | Farmingdale, NY (Hybrid) – $170K
\n \nLocation/Schedule: Farmingdale, NY (Hybrid – 3 Days a week)
\n \nBase Salary: $170K
\n \nPractice: Long Island insurance defense — general liability, construction, products, professional liability, and employment defense for carriers and corporate insureds.

- Practices Across General Liability, Construction, Products, and Employment – The firm defends carriers and corporate insureds in these areas in New York courts. \n

- $170K Base for Long Island Defense Work \n
Duties and Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Defend general liability, construction, products, professional liability, and employment claims. \n
- Take and defend depositions. \n
- Draft motions and prepare cases for mediation and trial. \n
- Report to carriers on exposure and resolution. \n
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
\n- \n
- JD and active New York bar. \n
- 3–7 years post-bar insurance defense or civil litigation — current Associate, Counsel, or Partner. \n
- Depositions taken in the last 24 months. \n
