Speech Language Pathologist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to deliver evidence-based speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide direct therapy, and educate patients and families to support recovery and safe discharge. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, you will track outcomes, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to a nurturing, high-quality, and dynamic patient care environment with strong professional growth opportunities.
