Aquatics Programs Lead & Lifeguard Supervisor

The YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles is seeking an Aquatics Coordinator to assist the Aquatics Director in delivering safe, high‑quality programs. You will oversee staffing, assist with scheduling and administrative duties, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Lifeguard duties and emergency response are integral to the role.
